We want our customers to pay the lowest possible price for their hotel. If you should find a better price online for the same hotel at the same standard, within 24 hours, tripsta.ie will refund the difference.
How to take advantage of The Best Price Guarantee?
- The customer must contact us via e-mail within 24 hours after booking the hotel through tripsta.co.uk to make a claim under The Best Price Guarantee. An e-mail must include the following information: customer name, reservation code from tripsta.co.uk and a name and link to the website where a lower price was found.
- The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives. The Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact offer matches, for example: the same room type, including the same type of meal, the same arrival and departure dates and the same booking conditions.
The Best Price Guarantee Restrictions
- The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to bookings with a check-in date within 48 hours.
- The lowest price must be available for online booking.
- The lowest price should be in the same currency.
- Tripsta.co.uk will refund the difference between the price of the booking in our system and a lower price only if your booking was complete and has not been canceled. The cost of the hotel booking has been already paid to tripsta.co.uk.
- The Best Price Guarantee is not applicable to the websites, where the exact cost is not specified until the bookings is completed.
- The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to special offers restricted only to loyalty program members, special vouchers owners and members of other related programs.
- The Best Price Guarantee does not apply for the package-offers, where the hotel booking is only a part of a bigger travel package.
